    Thumbs up 500-600g of beef too much in one sitting ??

    for dinner at the moment i am having
    500-600g lean minced beef
    7-8 chopped mushrooms
    1 tin of tomatoes
    small cup of peas
    this a good evening meal for lean bulking ?

    That's def a large amount of beef. Listing your stats and the fat content of the beef would help give you a better answer, but in short I'll say "probably."

    Info is useless without macros, and to a lesser extent, how this meal compares to the rest of your meals as well as what your goal is.

    600g of beef, even extra lean, is at least 900 calories....if you eat such meals 5 times a day u get at least 5000 calories. doesn't sound too lean to me lol

    900 calories in one meal (and that's JUST the beef) in a diet where you're eating 6-8 meals/day doesn't sound like a good idea to me, unless you have a seriously high caloric requirement (doubtful).
