Yes. Powders adsorb into your muscles, and body alot easier than capsules. Your body has to digest and breakdown the capsule to get to the powder.
There is no difference at all......
A capsule or pill is simply a powder with a coating. Your stomach breaks this down in less than 10 minutes. Thus no additional benefit is gained, unless 10 minutes is considered an edge.
Possibly better absorption (atleast better than the hard pills maybe not the capsules). Cheaper.
