Question about dating for our older members

I am 22 years old, and I am looking for some responses from some guys 15+ years older than me. Was dating this fvcked up back in the day? Were women this evil, immature, indecisive, and insecure? I have a hard time believing that women acted like such hewas years ago. I think its because of our generation, and the media, that it is now acceptable for women to act like complete trash with no morals or integrity. The dating scene is BAD. The only thing younger women want now is attention, and thats all they are concerned with. If it requires them to sleep with a guy on the first date, and then move on to the next one, then they still follow through. So back to my question, was the dating scene like this years ago and did women act like such slobs?

Generally, trashy people hang at trashy places. I had great luck when i started asking complete strangers for their phone #'s at a grocery store, book store, library and gym. Not to say you won't still run into them, but the odds that you won't are in your favor.

Ok most people are trash to begin with. Humans on the whole are disgusting. Stick with a dog or something loyal. 19, 20, 21 year old types are completely stupid and immature as you have found through your own experience. When the bitch has to pay her own bills will she start to grow up..maybe. Cell phones have made dating alot more complicated as now we can have "text message fights". To add to my post above. First thing you gotta do is decide what YOU want. Think of it like shopping for a new truck or car. Do you gotta have 4wd? Do you want leather or cloth seats? Duramax diesel or vortec gas burner? etc, etc Dont get a bitch with baggage, nobody really wants a used car after all. You cant find what you want if you dont know what you are looking for. For me? Stuff like smoking and having kids from another dude are deal breakers. I like them short, thin, sweet, cute, tan, girlie, smart, good relationship with parents, etc. I could go on, but you get idea. I too second what stpete says. Right on the $$$ he is. Im 29 and have come to settle with genuine great WOMAN not girl. Met her casually as a customer in my automotive shop. What really triggered the spark (aside from drop dead gorgeousness) was how she quickly declined my offer to hang out in hotel room for a party/get-together with me and a few other people...not just myself. My point is that if you can identify small things here in there, you can actually depict much about a woman's charactor without much effort.
