Never taken it so i can't help but I was thinking it may be in your head. I remember my first couple cycles I was thinking sleep would be a problem and I think that made me not sleep. Var is not supposed to be androgenic but you may react different.

yea man, I know what your taliking about, lethargy, sleepy, only feel really alive in the gym, cardio almost stops.

i found if I took all the 60 mg of var with breakfast, my blood presure lowers for sleep time, just try and get your workout in the eight hour window from when you take it. Feeling run down, cant do shit about that, its something to do with it being an oral and taxing your liver, you just gotta sticj it out and take the rough with the smooth.

I never had any sleep issues out side of ordinary anxiety induced insomnia.(work related)

Typically no. ANAVAR is rather mild and even in larger dosages sides are rare.
Maybe stress from work or other things?

I sometimes have sleeping problems, especially if I take any after 5pm. After your body adjusts, which should be about 10 days your sleep patterns should return to normal. I also have noticed some slight tiredness but that wears off once I step foot in the gym.

I felt the same way, but it's tolerable and results worth it IMO!
