Have you tried sprouted bread? Very moist, about the size of a fruit malt loaf. Not good for sandwiches but if you need a convenient carb source for work it'll do. Probably gonna have to go to a health food store for it.

Erm, I've just read that Ezekial bread is sprouted bread! So, go buy some!
