Hello everyone,
I was wondering when the best time to take whey and casein protein. I know the difference and I know you take whey right after your workout and casein before bed. But when else?
Like for breakfast which one, and between meals and what not. I do eat lean protein but they are the size of a deck of cards which isn't enough protein for one sitting. I'm currently cutting but I just need to know when I should take these two types of protein. I heard casein protein drink in the morning but then I heard whey.
Anyone know the proper time/type for them?
