ive never pinned a delt before and i would like to try it, is it best to use the front or middle delt? ill be using a 1" 25g needle, 1cc test e 250mg. thanks

thanks, i was pretty sure the middle delt was choice just wanted to be sure. either way i just pinned it, we'll see how it feels later.

It will take a few times before it does not hurt for days after the pin. First few times expect pip for a couple of days.
