    First timer. Need help

I have most certainly hit my genetic potential and im looking to surpass it. I have been researching for quite a while what a good starter stack or even single steroid/PH would be. But my studies have been inconclusive. So i figured i would ask those who know best. What would be a good starter stack for me? Mind you i am 6'0, 200 lbs at about 13% bf and i am 22 years old. I dont want to deal with needles. Looking for something oral. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

How on earth do you know you have reached your gentic potential? I know you dont want to hear it but imo 22 is too young to do steroids and you can do more harm than good at this point. Read the stickies - there are a few good one that address my very point. Why not hit our diet / workout / supplement section to optimize all your non hormonal options. The time you spend doing so will pay a lifetime of dividends and you will find you are not at your "genetic potential".

Funny how many people would rather screw themselves up than do some properly. If needles scare you forget this whole game, wait it out a bit longer I`m sure you can gain a few more lbs.

you have not reached genetic potential, that excuse wont wash with me. i broke plateaus right into my early 30's naturally and most probably could have kept on doing so and i can assure you, none of it came easy to me, i was a skinny lad and i wasnt blessed with genetic potential, i still managed to get to international level powerlifting.

no excuse for going on, look at your diet and training periodisation

Well noted. And thank you for your caution. I have read the threads and i have looked down my line of family. Throughout my family tree i see that most men in my family grow to my height (give or take an inch) and they are all around 170 lbs. When i first started lifting i was already heavier than that at 180 lbs. So perhaps i have not reached my genetic potential. What do you suggest i use as an alternative to AAS whilst i am reaching my genetic potential. I have experimented with "all natural" test boosters like P6 by cellucor and tropinol. They have given me significant results i would say. but i cant honestly be sure it was from the suppliments. I am a bit weary of the "all natural" ingredients and their effective value. Anyway, if you could suggest something other than a workout or diet that would help.

dont waste money on so called 'boosters'. plain monohydrate creatine, hmb, amino acids, protein, multivit and a good diet are all you need.

Nvm i just looked it up. Didnt know there was such a thing. Im glad i posted. This will surely give me the boost i need. But for future reference what would be the best possible starter oral i could take? Im thinking now i should bulk natty for another 2 or 3 years before i try AAS. About 24 or 25. This safer?

Have you heard of a Decca-Durabol oral supplement. A friend suggested it to start...
