ill begin with my stats. 24 y/o, 6 foot 5, 230lbs, 8%bf. training for 3 years
here is my delema. my first cycle was done about 1.5 years ago. i just did 10 weeks of cyp, 500 a week. the thing is i bloated HARD... didnt run any AI tho. so for my second cycle what do you brahs think i should do so that i get little to no bloat but still good gains??? any input is much appreciated.
