    Week 4.5 mark

    7.5 weeks to go. Running moderate dose injections.
    Lots more energy (haven't felt this much energy before). More strength.
    Lots of cardio (cycling 30 miles 4 times per week). Plan to lift harder, though certainly not slacking.
    I'll cut calories the last 4 weeks.
    Keeping high protein and moderate calories so far. Also using protein and multi-aminos.

    Half way mark

    Half way there. Everything on track. Feeling the FULL effects of the supplements. Not sure if abs are going to be in the picture, trying hard though. The obaminable hard core cutting is going to skirt the end of the cycle, which should produce some remarkably good things.

    9 week mark

    24 days to go. Everything's on schedule. Cutting starts now.

    Stats: 5'9'' (without footwear), 197 lb (soakin wet), 12% bodyfat (estimate)

    10 week mark; the final sprint

    Two and a half more weeks to go. Obaminable cutting, then finish.

    Everything remarkably on schedule.
