Hey everyone, Great forum. I've been reading it continuously trying to learn as much as I can. I think I have an alright grasp on what is going on, but some of the abbreviations are greek to me.
Anyways, I have questions about my first cycle. Stats: 25yo/6'1"/220 about 10%bf. Been lifting serious since 17 (until about 22, then stopped playing sports after college). I still lift hard though, out of habit I guess. I have always toyed with the idea of running a couple cycles just to see where I could go with it (physically) but never did before as I was too young/wanted to stay clean throughout my athletic years.
Recently, talking with a friend who has experience with Steroids, he brought up the idea of running a Test C only cycle, at about 500mg's a week for 8-10 weeks. After researching this, it sounds about right, no?
This is where I lose my mind; trying to figure out the PCT. It seems as if the test cycle is the easy part, it's the PCT that makes my brain spin, so please excuse my ignorance.
After running Test C for 10 weeks, I wait for 2 weeks after the last shot of Test. Then, for the first two week of PCT I'll use 40mg of Nolva and 50mg of Clomid injected once weekly (I assume on the exact same schedule as the Test). Then, the next two weeks will be 20mg of Nolva and 25mg of Clomid.
After that, take about 8-10 weeks off before the next cycle.
Does that sound about right? For gyno, there was another substance to be used (or rather, be kept on hand just incase) what is it?
