    hey guys quick question

    lately when ive been lifting on the days i do shoulder, bi, and tri the back of my left delt always gets tired and feel strained and cant keep up with my right side, enough to where i have to stop doing shoulder exercises when it flares up, any suggestions? i dont know if this is a strength issue or just something else.

    IMO, your out of balance somewhere else too, like your back or a weak left fore arm that causes your left shoulder to slack behind the other.

    focus on form and contraction and wait for some more posts from the other members
