    Cortisol Blockers, do they work?

I was thinking of adding a Cortisol Blocker to my diet. I am currently on the ECA stack and I liking how its working. But, since I'm in a fairly high stress job situation (I'm the boss) I thought my cortisol levels might be higher due to stress. I also have a pregnant demanding wife lol.

Anyway, are there any that actually work. Any you guys would suggest. Thanks.

Oh and i'm from Canada. So, has to be available to ship here.

Maybe you should perhaps do a little more cardio to take down the stress, or perhaps see your doctor and get an anti anxiety?

3 grams vitamin c broken up into 3 - 1 gr doses throughout the day.
The a in the eca stack is helping.

Anything else imo isnt prudent. Cortisol is not all bad -in fact it plays a role in some crucial functions and desireable functions in the body. Unless you KNOW it is really high I wouldnt try to even mess with it . Cortisol is so crucial attempts to supress it are quickly adapted to and overcome by the body and the cortisol returns the the level the body intended in the first place. If you insist 7 spray by prototypenutrition will help with several stress induced problems ie: help mange cortisol , boost immune system function , and a couple other things. You can google it.

Awesome. Thanks for the advice. I already take 2 x 1g doses of C each day. I'll add one more and spread em out.

I guess I'm just paranoid about anything that might slow my progress. Read that cortisol is bad for fat loss somewhere and immediately wanted to stop it anyway I could lol. Should have done more research first.

    Thanks for your help
