I Just wanted to put this out there for the people having trouble trimming down. If you follow this diet your body will have to choice. The Idea is cutting sugars out almost completely. For the vets, they will know what this is. Ill make this simple.
Diet :
8 am:
1 cup oats. (Make sure no sugar, i use 1 splenda package)
3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk
10 am
Zero sugar, low or no carb protien shack in water
12 lunch
Chicken breast and a green vegi side. GREEN !
2pm
1 can of tuna
4pm dinner
fish ( cod , salmon, etc
6pm
Zero sugar, low or no carb protien shack in water
8pm
protien only
i cut 3 to 4 pounds a week doing this diet. Keeping your furnace going every 2 hours is ideal for fat burning. Most normal people that are trying to trim down do the opposite, they dont eat enough. I made this mistake at one point.
I do cardio for 30 minutes on eliptical ( easy on knees ) and then train 1 large muscle for the day and one small. example Chest , abs or shoulders calves.
The idea is your cutting the sugars, you body needs to burn stored fat for energy.
