    New Member ( HELP PLEASE)

    Hi everyone.

    I need some help.
    I am 19years Old, 210lbs, 6'2 and Workout 4 days a week.
    I've wanted to do steroids for some time now (Test Cyponate to be exact). However i have done some research on it, and realize i am to young. I value my sex life more than abnormally sized traps and neck haha. Now to my problem...

    I'm not satisfied with my results based on the effort and time i have put into it, and i seem to have plateaued. I want something to get me over the edge but not harm me. I want to know if anyone here could enlighten me on LEGAL Prohoromones.[ Tri Methly Extreme 3.15] to be exact. If i took the required precautions..milk thistle...pct...would it still be just as harmful as taking an illegal steroid like Test or Deca?

    One of the main reasons we hit plateaus is due to diet or lack of it...

    Please take the time to head down to the diet forum and post your full daily diet, macro's would help........
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    bud your 19 you have not hit any plateau.your show has just begun....slow down.. your 19 and 210 something is going right..

    If you're not satisfied with the results, I suggest you adjust your workout and diet. The diet section here is a good place to look, but also you might want to look at this book. http://www.amazon.com/New-Encycloped...3664940&sr=8-1

    Bro I promise you this.Prohormones aint safe either.Most are steroids.

    tweat the diet man, and try a different technique in the gym, you will be highly surprised what this will do for you

    Another vote here on diet and change up your workout routine. Keep your muscles guessing, you will see growth.

    And huge Kudos to you for recognizing the fact that you can mess yourself up bad at your age with AAS!!! Seriously you are doing the right thing.

    I'm not a big fan of prohormones. Most of them are bunk or are steroids. They don't talk about healthy dosage, cycle times, PCT, rest cycle, etc. I don't think they are safe. At 19 your body is just gettng started If you're serious about your training and diet I don't see why you couldn't bench press 400lbs in a few years.

    Thank you all for the responses. So my take from what everyone said/implied are that Pro-hormones are just as bad as illegal steroids and at my age only the highly played out diet and exercise will be the best choice. Hahaha, i was kind of expecting an answer like this.

    Well since i seem to be getting steered away from pro-hormones, I guess its time to try a really strict diet and see how it goes. Ive never been a strict dieter, i mean, i watch what i eat in the sense of fats and sugars, no sodas, no fast foods, protein shake for breakfast and right before bed, but i guess that dose not cut it anymore. I''ll be taking a look at those diet/bulking posts and see how it goes. Hopefully i notice a difference soon
