I used quite a bit of AAS all through the decade of the 80's. Much of this stuff was gear from legitimate pharmas like Searle, Winthrup, ect. The dosages I took back then were minimal as compared to what I take now and I generally had much better reactions to the meds. After taking 17 years off AAS(but still training) I got back into the supplement game in an effort to compete on the national level in Master's competitions. The last 4 years I've used gear from many different "labs". None of this gear seams to have measured up with the the stuff I used in the past considering the advertised potency of the stuff now vs then. There was one exception. I had a product called quadralone that was extremely potent. The rest of the stuff now seems pretty limp wristed in comparison. Quadralone disappeared and up to 3000 mg's per week of other modern gear doesn't seem to be enough where 1/2 of that made me a state champion in 1987. What's the general consensus on this topic?
