So I thought I'd start here, stopped lifting in 2003 due to back problems, but kept a lot of my muscle which I attribute to all the quality info I got on AR! glad to see my account was still active after all these years!!
Been doing physical therapy for the past 2 years, I lifted for a long time on a crooked back, and I've been trying to reverse those problems so I can go to the gym again... But with good posture. It's been a long natural battle building muscle to "fill in the gaps", about 5lbs muscle in the last 2years. Can't use steroids for everything you know!! Anyway glad to be posting again... Cheers!
