    Is It Possible ?

id like to hear about if anyone has done this or knows anyone who has.

Is it possible to get down under 10% body fat and see all abs if someone has been as high as (high 20s) or low (30s) bf%

from what i understand the actual fat cells only get smaller, you dont loose them. However when your on the up in body fat you can creat more fat cells..

So after you create more im assuming you wont be able to get to low in bf?

lets assume the person did not stretch their skin. what do you guys think ?

Definitely. I am very close to a 6 pack now (got a good 4 pack and the other 2 are blurry but coming in) at 180lbs. I was 255lbs and guessing 30% + bodyfat for a good 15 years. I definitely have some loose skin around the midsection to deal with, however the bodyfat is almost all gone.

alright ! Nice job guys ! im 31 now and i was in great shape 8 years ago and ive been really dedicated to my work which i thought was taking up all my time. So i decided to take on a new job doing the same thing that would give me the opportunity to train again. Im doing a no sugar, carbs in the morning , protein every 2 hours type diet. dont want to go into detail but this has been working very good. from 255 im down to 209 in a few months. ive never seen all my abs and im determined to do it ! Ive been muscular in my early 20s but the abs have never come threw very pronounced. i have learned my body over that time.

my IGF-1 levels are below normal and my doctor is putting me on HGH 1.5 IUs a day. I start on sept 2nd.

now that you know it is possible, write up a diet or just start a progress log so that you can track your success.
