I am 43yrs old 6'0 200lbs 15% body fat I got back in the gym two weeks ago and I was planning a cycle of testc and deca but I cant remember from the last cycle on how much I did as for cc amounts I know I stacked and shot twice each week for 16 weeks week 1 thru 7 test and deca and then week 8 thru 16 I just did test twice each week, it has been about two years since my last cycle any advise.....Has anybody talked with BIG were is the guy????
