    Rip apart my split / diet

    I'm 26 years old , 5'7'' , 181 lbs. Trying to get some more size on. Been working out off and on since high school, hard the past few years and last year I did a cycle of 500mg per week Enanthate / 30mg every day Dbol , hit nearly 200 lbs than I lost motivation shortly after my cycle when I got married and moved across the country.

    Been working out hard again since new years, no AAS or any supplements.

    Start with my diet, Im not spending hours calculating calories etc because I'm at work.

    Breakfast
    5 egg whites
    1 scoop protein
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1 banana
    3 cups of skim milk

    Snack
    1 tuna sandwich on whole wheat
    1 apple/orange/banana/pear

    Lunch
    2 egg salad or tuna sandwiches on whole wheat
    1 apple/orange/banana/pear
    Baby carrots or brocoli
    1 scoop of protein

    Snack
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup of nuts

    Supper
    chicken/beef/turkey
    carrots/corn/brocoli
    brown rice/sweet potatoe

    Workout

    PW
    1 scoop protein
    1/2 cup oats
    1 banana
    2tbsp peanut butter

    Supplements - glutamine, omega 3, fish oil, multi vitas, maltodextrin

    My split

    1 Chest/Tricept
    Flat Bench
    Decline Bench
    Incline Dumbell
    Incline Cable Flys
    Weighted Dips
    Skullcrushers
    Rope Pulldown

    2 Shoulder/Core
    Dumbell Press
    Arnold Press
    Side Cable Raises
    Shrugs

    3 Back/Bicept
    Deadlifts
    Seated Rows
    Wide Pulldowns
    Lat Pulldown
    Preacher Curls
    Incline Dumbell Curl
    Hammer Curls

    4 Cardio/Core

    5 Legs
    Squats
    Leg Press
    Leg Curl
    Leg Raises
    Calf Press

    6 Rest

    7 Rest


    And the cycle Im starting once im satisfied with my diet

    Week 1-4 Dbol 40mg ED
    Week 1-15 T300 600mg EW
    Week 1-19 Arimidex .25mg ED

    21 Days after last injection;
    Day 1 100mg Nolva
    Day 1 300mg Clomid
    40/40/20/20 Nolva
    50/50/25/25 Clomid


    Any additions or replacements for my split/diet/supplements/pct would be appreciated, I did this super quick so I might of missed something.

    -forgot to mention bf%
    -Need macros
    -3 meals a day not good, need 6 or 7 smalls meals more frequent
    -Your breakfast is too big meal to

    do some home work

    I'm not spending all night figuring out macros I have kids to look after.
    My appetite isn't big enough right now to eat 2x as many meals, on cycle that'll change.
    What's wrong with breakfast, 5 egg whites and a protein shake?

    I would change your workout. Your working shoulders which are already hit hard during your chest workout and since your doing deads on back day, your not giving your lower back that much with you doing squats two days later. I would split like this:
    Mon: shoulders/tris
    Tues: legs
    Wed: rest
    Thurs: chest
    Fri: back/bi
    Sat/Sun: rest
    or
    Mon: chest/bi
    Tues: legs
    Wed: rest
    Thurs: shoulders/tris
    Fri: back.

    If you can't figure out macros how are we suppose to help you ? Some people here get paid for advice. If you want some help put the time in for macros. Also, if you can only eat properly on cycle then you are wasting your time with steroids. You will look exactly as you did pre-cycle by 2-3 weeks into PCT

    Ignorant. Don't do a half-ass job and expect posters from the internet to figure out the macros for you.

    What do you mean? He has 5 meals posted not 3.

    o.p- you could figure out macros in 5 mins with an online calculator like myfitnesspal or somthing simailar. All you would have had to do is type in what you typed on this post and it figures it all out
