I'm 26 years old , 5'7'' , 181 lbs. Trying to get some more size on. Been working out off and on since high school, hard the past few years and last year I did a cycle of 500mg per week Enanthate / 30mg every day Dbol , hit nearly 200 lbs than I lost motivation shortly after my cycle when I got married and moved across the country.
Been working out hard again since new years, no AAS or any supplements.
Start with my diet, Im not spending hours calculating calories etc because I'm at work.
Breakfast
5 egg whites
1 scoop protein
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
3 cups of skim milk
Snack
1 tuna sandwich on whole wheat
1 apple/orange/banana/pear
Lunch
2 egg salad or tuna sandwiches on whole wheat
1 apple/orange/banana/pear
Baby carrots or brocoli
1 scoop of protein
Snack
1 can of tuna
1/2 cup of nuts
Supper
chicken/beef/turkey
carrots/corn/brocoli
brown rice/sweet potatoe
Workout
PW
1 scoop protein
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
2tbsp peanut butter
Supplements - glutamine, omega 3, fish oil, multi vitas, maltodextrin

50/50/25/25 Clomid
Any additions or replacements for my split/diet/supplements/pct would be appreciated, I did this super quick so I might of missed something.
