In general, how does a diet on a moderate cycle differ from a lean bulk off cycle?
25% more calories? more protein obviously? 2g per pound of body weight? 25% more carbs? 25% more fat?

Protein at 2g per pound of LBM.
No need to increase fats IMO.
Fill in the rest of the cals with carbs until body fat increases and then back off a little.
