    Not dropping weight while on keto + cycle

    Hey everyone my stats are
    6.2
    211 pounds
    16% bf

    I am on test 300. 0.25 mils ed 0.5 tren ace ed

    my cals on keto are 2300 daily

    i have just one issue, i have not been dropping weight on the scale, i weigh in weekly, the thing is i think i look leaner..... everyone says i am its just because i see myself every day its hard to tell.

    That being said on this kind of cycle with a workout scheduled of 5 days a week with 20 mins of LISS cardio daily is it possible to not lose weight but loose fat?

    How old are you ? What is your previous cycle experience ? Can you give us your exact keto diet ? Are you having a refeed period and if so for how long ? Do you know your TDEE ? What was your diet prior to keto ?

    To answer your other question yes you can lose weight (water and muscle) without losing fat.

    Yes its possible. If you are cutting you might be getting just enough to make small gains, I have seen stranger things.

    TDEE is at 3500, but i rounded off to 3200 because the calculators tend to over estimate

    Cycle history was testp/ tren (same dosage as current cycle) for three months Pct was, Pregnol 0.25 EoD, Clomid x2 packs, Muscle farm BattlefuelTestbooster and anti E matrix

    My age is 21 years old, i know on these boards thats considered to young, but i made the choice for personal reasons and i hope we can get past the age problem and the members here will offer me advice regardless.
    My diet follows this patern

    Breakfast
    300 mg of egg whites mixed with 2 whole eggs and 75 grams of cheese
    total macros 590 Calories 35.4g of Fat 62.6g of Protein 3.2g of Carbs

    Meal 1
    South cape feta cheese with 300grams of chicken breast ( or another lean meat with same macros but same amount in grams) and 100grams of eggplant dip
    623 Calories 82.4g of Protein 31.7g of Fat 7.6g of Carbs

    Meal 2. Is often the exact same with only changes in cheese types but thats once or twice a week
    South cape feta cheese with 300grams of chicken breast ( or another lean meat with same macros but same amount in grams) and 100grams of eggplant dip
    623 Calories 82.4g of Protein 31.7g of Fat 7.6g of Carbs

    Meal 3 Would be a post workout shake ( dont always have this sometimes i skip the shake and just have a real meal.)
    ON 140 cals , 2 grams of carbs 30 grams of protien


    But my total macros are at

    1836 Calories
    98.8g of Fat
    227.4g of Protein
    8.4g of Carbs

    The alternation on other days is me eating at 2400-2500 cals with the same diet structure, but i would add in a second serving of cheese such as Adem cheese which would bring my total macros to
    2482 Calories
    278.4g of Protein
    148.2g of Fat
    18.6g of Carbs



    I have been on keto for one month and one week, i have had two refeed days so far, my frist was three weeks into the diet, my second one a week after ( which was a big dirty 24 hour reefed)

    Thank you for that answer but that wasent what i was mainly interested in, I know its possible to drop scale weight and not lose body fat and muscle *( keto is notorious for this due to glucose and water weight drops) ,

    My question is, i am on day 20 of my cycle, I have not see much scale weight drop, although i do think i look leaner, Others have said constantly i am leaner, but its hard to me to judge because i see myself every day, so i would like to know is it possible to drop body fat % and not see weight drop on the scales during my weekly weigh ins?

    It is against forum rules to help those under 25 with steroid use. You will not get any help here for the reasons you already mentioned. You are way too young to be taking steroids and too inexperienced. "Getting past your age" would be breaking the forum rules. I suggest stopping your cycle immediately and following a PCT protocol. Aside from that read the educational threads otherwise you are going to put yourself at risk for having problems for the rest of your life.

    Windex is right. Sorry bro, but I got nothing good for ya. You can try the AAS section, but I doubt they're gonna advise u either. I guarantee nobody here will.

    i understand guys, thats fine, but i am not asking help about steroid use, moreso diet, i am just letting you guys know i am using steroids, and hope to get some help with my diet

    By helping you with your diet we are in turn helping you with steroid use because a proper diet is needed to cycle. You are on the wrong board.

    ^^ Not only that, but you're 21 and running a tren cycle? What's your cycle history? Running any ancillaries with that cycle, or just test and tren? What are your plans for PCT?

    If you're gonna cycle, we can't stop you. If you can show you actually know what you're doing with regards to AAS, I might offer diet assistance in general, cycle aside.

    My cycle histroy is in my second post, but i am running arimidex during cycle, (current) My pct lineup is x2 1m pregnol snap offs, jabbing EoD at 2.5 mgs/ml so a total of two mils of pregnol, I have x2 packs of clomid set up and waiting, Along with Musclefarm battlefuel tribules and anti E matrix, and B-12 by BPI sports, (they are both strong tribules and have anti E components i just use this to give myself a bit of help in reset and raising natrual test levels.)

    and thank you gbrice all i really wanted was someone to take a look at my diet, and see if they would change anything or i could improve on anything, i just felt it important to let people know im on cycle while running this diet.

    Thanks for your honesty bro, and keeping it mature/together.

    You said something important in your first post - you're not dropping weight, but you think you look leaner. You're running test and tren - don't you think it's feasible that you're adding some lean mass while shedding some bodyfat? i.e. a body recomposition, where protein to fat ratio changes but overall weight isn't affected much.

    Assuming your numbers are correct, I think your diet looks fine - you are only eating 3 larger meals/day then?

    cut out the steroids and cut naturally. you are using the wrong chemicals and mentality to achieve your goals !
