my cals on keto are 2300 daily
i have just one issue, i have not been dropping weight on the scale, i weigh in weekly, the thing is i think i look leaner..... everyone says i am its just because i see myself every day its hard to tell.
That being said on this kind of cycle with a workout scheduled of 5 days a week with 20 mins of LISS cardio daily is it possible to not lose weight but loose fat?
