Thread: my new daily diet

    Thumbs up my new daily diet

    new diet i am about to begin monday combined with my prop/var cycle

    meal 1:
    5 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    large cup oats
    1 banana

    meal 2:
    2 chicken breasts
    half cup brown rice
    3 heads of brocoli
    tea spoon extra virgin olive oil

    WORKOUT

    meal 3: (streight after training)
    3 boiled eggs (only whites)
    iso2 nutrition weight gain shake 44g protein
    banana

    meal 4:
    tin of tuna
    6-8 boiled new potatoes

    meal 5:
    300g lean minced beef
    mixed veggies

    meal 6:
    half pot cottage cheese
    table spoon natty PB

    sometimes during the day i will possibly throw another shake in there at some point, this diet look good for lean gains would you say yea.

    you should post your macros so its easier for members to advice you on improvements. also stats and aims/goals would be helpful

    Apart from missing macros which could determine whether you get fat or if you can put enough muscle on the diet food stuffs look ok.

    The only problem really is PWO meal 3 , personally I would change this to 120g oats and two scoops of protein and maybe add a banana in.
