But ur diet plays just as big a role as ur gear, if not bigger. 3000 cal is not much of a bulking diet, (unless ur sedentary, in which case u will b putin on the rong kinda bulk) most bulking diets are @ or above 5000 cal a day, & of coarse it has 2 b good cals, proteins, carbs, etc......& then theres ur lifting regime. Ur results depend on ur dedication & ur personal genetics bro, no 2 people will get the same results. Good luck. Let us know how it turns out.
