I'm really focusing on my diet, I haven't stopped reading/researching and crunching numbers with foods these past few days until I felt that I was ready to attack this.
My stats:
5'5
25 years old
170lbs.
BF % ~14
I feel like anyone can pack on the weight and be big and bulky. My goal is to get my BF% between 6-8%. I am just finishing up a 12 week cycle. Here was my cycle brown down:
1-12 Test prop 100mg EOD
1-12 Var 70mg ED
6-12 Mast 100mg EOD
PCT
-2-2 HCG 500iu twice a week
1-4 Nolva 20mg ED
1-4 Clomid 50mg ED
1-4 Aromsain 25mg ED
2g Vitamin C ED
Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
I'm actually eager to get off the cycle and start PCT. These next few months without any AAS is what I'm most looking forward to, even more so then this previous cycle. I've changed my diet a bunch and I'm going to do everything possible to stick to it. I started today and here is how it looks:

I'm wondering if my calories need to go down more to achieve my goal. I love food and this is almost breaking my heart lol. But I'm determined and only time will tell how determined I actually am.
Over the next few months I am going to decide what my next cycle will be. I do not want to do a bulking cycle over the winter. I feel as though for my height and weight any bigger I wouldn't look good. I would like to be 160-170 with 6% BF
Critique everything and throw in some suggestions. Hopefully my experience and knowledge can help someone else out there that wants similar goals.
