Injury - Tendonitis in left right elbows
If it wasn't for some serious deep stretching. That's what I call the yoga I do. I do the flexibility poses and hold them for extended periods of time. I wouldn't be able to walk right, sit right let alone hit the weights. You have to pick the poses that work best for you. I do this for what is an hour and a half, for almost 2 months before I could hit the bench, every day. I have shortened it now that I am more flexible to 40mins. to an hour.
As far as tendonitis, for me it had to be some rest first and then back at the yoga and see how u feel, before the weights.
One thing I have found that has helped my tendonitis heal to almost 100%.... IGF LR3.
It seriously took a week and I felt 40% better.
I do do yoga for my bulged discs in my spine. Mainly the stretches like PitMaster stated.
Does help in the regard.
Yoga heals if done slowly and consistently and I bet if you did it for at least 3 months you would notice a difference
Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown
