    When is it time to raise calories, while bulking?

    Everyone has an opinion about the number of calories one should raise while bulking: 200, 300, 600, whatever...

    What I want to know is:
    Imagine I raise 500 calories on my first week.
    When is it time to raise calories again??
    And should I raise another 500 or a little less?

    I´m not English native, I´m sorry for my not so good English, :-)

    less IMO. Once you're initially eating around 500 over maintenance, make small adjustments as needed. 100-200 calories per day can make the difference.
