Y cant I mak my uper chest sore any more? No matter wut I do, bar, iso, machine, free weight, hevy weight / low rep (6-10) or light weight / high rep (20-30). I use about a 30 degree incline (I feel anything less pulls 2 much strength from lower chest & anything more pulls 2 much strength from shoulders) & hav gotten outstanding results for yrs. Any ideas????
