    Upper Chest Workout.

    Y cant I mak my uper chest sore any more? No matter wut I do, bar, iso, machine, free weight, hevy weight / low rep (6-10) or light weight / high rep (20-30). I use about a 30 degree incline (I feel anything less pulls 2 much strength from lower chest & anything more pulls 2 much strength from shoulders) & hav gotten outstanding results for yrs. Any ideas????

    try hitting upper chest first if your not already. Also doing negatives only or supersets maybe a good change

    30* incline for flat DB press (forget barbell only use db)
    Flat DB Press/fly = press heavy but with palms facing each other as if you were going to do flyes, but you bend elbows like a press
    Decline DB or BB press
    Flat flyes light weight 2 sets for pump



    This all depends on what your chest looks like. If you have a lacking upper chest (like collar bone poking out) then you have no inclines to work so you will need to build your lower/upper chest up enough that it appears you have an incline before you actually can start working incline. Took me 3 years before I can finally start working incline (just last month).

    Seems to me Bear is a very respected member here...Real patient and does a great job of giving informative/educational posts. He's one of the few people that still give newbies asking stupid questions advice. You think you just might not like him becuase he called you out on another thread?

    Well unlike u, when I say my stats can b viewed in my profile, u can ACTUALLY view my stats in my profile. But bcuz I'm not a prick with something 2 hide (unlike some people) I will list my stats when asked 4 them: 32 yrs. old / 6'-2" / 235 - 240 lbs. / 10 - 11% BF / 14 yrs. training exp. / 3 cycles completed.     WHOA!! Easy big fella, there's a good reason I just dropped it instead of arguing with him. Marcus is a very highly respected & valued member of the board, & I respect him & his opinions enuf 2 kno when 2 shut my mouth & just bow out, u should do the same bro.
