Hi guys currently finished my pct around a month ago in a months time will be doing another cycle, clean bulk is what im after and would like a fresh new diet, please feel free to post up yours so i can add in parts and change bits to my own.

I am not eating very well at the moment thats because money is hard at the moment but will be back on track stating next week. Please dont confuse me as a newb to dieting becuase i pritty clued up
