Hello everyone. I would like to thank everyone for the help they have gave me so far. I have lost about 90 pounds in a years time. That was just fat. Im 28...6'2'' and weight about 197 pounds now. I have not figured out what i would like my first cycle to be yet. Should i try to bulk or put on lean mass my first cycle. My body fat is around 13% right now i think maybe less. I have another bodyfat test in about 3 weeks. I have a few cycle ideas but i would like to know where you guys think i should bulk or try for lean mass. I have heard that the first cycle is the one that will basically lead your body in the way of how your body will grow.
