    New and looking for advice

I'm a 26/F 124lbs 5'3 I would like to start my first cycle and looking for advice and ideas. I am not interested in gaining mass as I am slimming down to around 110 and toning. I have been doing a lot of cardio but can't get past the 124 and no results with toning or definition. I have been doing a low carb high protien style diet and exercise around 1 hour a day on my eliptical when I am not at the gym. I would like to reach my target weight first then build from there maybe a fat burner first or thermo?

    welcome.
My wife lost a lot after our baby girl arrive, she did 7 days a week cardio in the morning at empty stomach, like 45 min to 1 hour, high protein low carbs, she only eat carbs twice a day, breakfast and lunch. Small meals, about 5 or 6 a days, and she stay away from bread and rice, and almost all grains, help her to have a flat tummy. She bought a thermo in GNC, call Thermo CLa, she says thats mirracle.
    wish you the best results.

I am currently trying the ab cuts seems to have ok results. I have looked into some thermo and just did research on CLA seems like a great product. Whats your opinion? I want to reach my target weight then start building from there.
