    rehab & roids

Putting this out there for the more experienced. I have a knee injury. Torn meniscus and damaged ligaments. I have been released from physio about 10 months ago. I take glucosamine and fish oil. Do my stretches and rehab exercises as directed. But it keeps playing up. I have since moved countries and going back to the original Dr is not an option. Could this injury possibly benefit from steroid use? Part of the pain comes from rubbing of the knee cap due to the outer muscles working harder than the inner. My concerns are that roids will only increase the muscle imbalance.

    Cheers

I'm a firm believer in a moderate dose of Anavar for any skin, tendon, joint, or ligament injuries. It boosts collagen synthesis very well and has been used on burn patients and the like for this reason.

Care to share more about yourself? Age, weight, training and AAS experience?

Same here been put on TRT, and i am also getting prolotherapy and PRP, look it up might be of great help for you, glucosamine and fish oil will only get you so far for me they never did nothing, like theses stupid chiroprators.

Since starting test E a month ago i inject 200ML per week my chronic pain is almost all gone, i am full of energy and feel great. The chronic pain was worst in the upper neck and upper back.
