    Hi all,
    I'm new to this forum and have read a previous thread for guidance but.
    it was old (from 2006).
    I'm starting my 1st clen / t3 stack on september 1st and just wondered how long others have left in between cycles ?
    A bit about me.... I'm 5'7", current weight is 140lbs and BF is 14%
    I've been training for the past 3 years so have fair muscle composition, i have good cardio strength and incorporate cardio into at least 4 out of 6 workouts per week. i've been eating clean for months and have sufficient knowledge about diet to ensure the t3 doesn't send me into a total catabolic state, i'm currently eating 5 or 6 small meals per day with high protein , moderate carbs and low fat, i eat a lot of fruit so will reduce that intake... i'm a female and at this point don't plan on using any anabolics (at least for this 1st cycle ... depending on the results).
    So this is my planned cycle .... please critique if it needs to be adjusted.... my main goal is fat loss:

    Day 2 Clen 40mcg / T3 25mcg
    Day 3 Clen 40mcg / T3 25mcg
    Day 4 Clen 60mcg / T3 25mcg

    Day 6 Clen 80mcg / T3 50mcg
    Day 7 Clen 80mcg / T3 50mcg
    Day 8 Clen off / T3 50mcg
    Day 9 Clen off / T3 50mcg
    Day10 Clen off / T3 50mcg
    Day11 Clen off / T3 50mcg
    Day12 Clen off / T3 75mcg
    Day13 Clen off / T3 75mcg

    Followed by 2 weeks of a store bought thermogenic (such as oxyelite pro or ECA stack ).

    Again.. if readers out there have done something similar, it'd be great to hear about results and know how long you left it before commencing the next cycle .

    How fast should i be feeling the effects of the clen.... i've took 3 doses (20mcg, 20mcg, 30mcg) and so far havent felt any of the side effects or thermogenic symptoms reported by others who've took it. My temperature hasn't changed either... i'll stick with it (i'm only on day 2) but any ideas/ comments???

    sure thing..... i'm on day 5 now... still not really feeling any of the effects of clen that others have reported but do feel slightly more stiff after a work out which may be due to muscle cramps, i'm taking 5g taurine to aid with this. Otherwise, it's too early to tell i think. I'll keep you posted though

    if your clen is dosed correctly you should be feeling it by now...you may be a non responder to clen or your clen is underdosed...if its liquid clen then be shure to shake the bottle everytime you draw from it...i will say this about liquid clen, it is deffinitly weaker than clen you get in tablet form in my experiance so before you write your stuff off as bunk maybee try a higher dose...if you have real clen you should have felt at least the shakes or experianced a rise in temperature...good luck...
