I'm new to this forum and have read a previous thread for guidance but.
it was old (from 2006).
I'm starting my 1st clen / t3 stack on september 1st and just wondered how long others have left in between cycles ?
A bit about me.... I'm 5'7", current weight is 140lbs and BF is 14%
I've been training for the past 3 years so have fair muscle composition, i have good cardio strength and incorporate cardio into at least 4 out of 6 workouts per week. i've been eating clean for months and have sufficient knowledge about diet to ensure the t3 doesn't send me into a total catabolic state, i'm currently eating 5 or 6 small meals per day with high protein , moderate carbs and low fat, i eat a lot of fruit so will reduce that intake... i'm a female and at this point don't plan on using any anabolics (at least for this 1st cycle ... depending on the results).
So this is my planned cycle .... please critique if it needs to be adjusted.... my main goal is fat loss:

Again.. if readers out there have done something similar, it'd be great to hear about results and know how long you left it before commencing the next cycle .
