So I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now and I have been putting on weight. But I noticed it won't bring my blood sugar up once I'm finished with my workout. I'm usually burnt out by the end of my workout and sugar or dextrose would get my energy back up...but waxy maize never does?
If it's supposed to be a fast digesting carb how come I can never get energy from it?
Also how come I see study's saying it digests slow? Like this site:

It says it's slow digesting...then it says fast...then it says slow. I'm so confused.
Can anyone enlighten me on this?
