How big of a weight selection do you have at your house or what equipment is available to you?
How long have you been on this routine and what type of results have you seen? How long have you been training in general?
Any specific reason 4 of them are predominately back, and only two for chest?

You didn't ask, but one of the first things that I would ask when I "hard gainer" is, whats your nutrition like?

yea i do that work 3 times a week i do more back because i got a natural curve of the spin so i thought that if i strengthen my back muscles it will help me
to keep a straight back and its working so far, i have gained 8 kilos on this particular workout started 65 now im 74, my diet is pretty bad i think i need to be more disciplined in my diet i use to do split routines but never found good results with them so i decided to work all of the muscle to not look uneven and i found better results with them, mind you i dont want to be a full blown bodybuilder,my goal is too look like a welterweight version of phil baroni http://www.knucklepit.com/mixed-mart...hil_baroni.htm the 2nd pic down thats what i want my body to look like not a greg valintino or a arnold thanks for the help, also im open to any diet help, course with the diet to be honest i have no idea except eat more chicken and meat.
