    Those waves are nuts; Orange County just got a swell from Tahiti producing 10 ft+ waves, and some flooding in the streets.

    no other place like teahupoo. i could never get over how glassy the faces of the waves were and how heavy they looked. i would be lucky to even be able to paddle out.

    Damn! even the people on jet skis are nuts for being out there. How do you know where to sit without being crushed by a curl? I use to ride my stand-up jet ski in the surf, little 5ft swells get you some serious air. I broke my handle poll off and had a crack all the way around the hull. I had to duct tape it to keep from taking on water. LOL

    I still dont know if those guys are awesome, have huge balls or are nuts? Fine line I guess.

    I have never tried surfing , it must be a huge adrenaline rush when you surf on so big waves.
