I was bench pressing about 200 pounds I weight about 165. On my last rep I was letting the weight go down slow I was pushing my self to the limit. I started to get this sharp pain in the back of my head. I instantly put the weight back up on the rack and I started getting very dizzy the pain became very sharp and unbarable I fell to the floor holding my head. Then out of confussion I grabbed my water bottle and started chugging water which I think helped. After about 3-4 minutes the headach went away. I don't have any type of numbing in my face and I'm able to function. I have never had such a bad headach or pain in my life. I hardly ever get headachs.
What type of damage if any could I have caused? Should I seek a doctor if I feel fine right now?
The only things I'm taking right now is assualt pre work out.
