Been looking around the forum and looks really good so decided to register!

I'm looking for some advise and help, I'm 5ft 10inches tall and weight about 79kg, My BF% is around 24, I was thinking to start cutting first and dieting and using Clen and T3 (once I've sourced it!) to help with this, then eventually bulk up once I've lost the majority of the fat.
Does this seem like a good idea or should I go the other way?
