Does tanning get rid of acne?
No it just covers it up since your skin gets darker
Agreed. A red light on the skin will help. The wavelength of blue light kills the bacteria that causes acne.Red light helps healing.

Hmmm ... what's a good Blue light source? **** man I'm on week 9 of my Test/Deca cycle and my back is fine but my shoulders/biceps/forearms are starting to get out of control. I'm ready to cut the cycle short before everyone starts saying, "damn what the ****s the deal with your forearms bro, r u using steroids?"
Have you never seen sunlight?
Of course tanning clears up your skin. It dries out your sebascious glands, as does chlorinated pool water and dish soap.
Very good info, although sunlight (particularly the sun south of the equator, like Australia) is too harsh and can irritate the skin - which is one of the cause of pimples. when you say 'tan' I assume a lot of sunlight or solarium so then it may cover the pimples and the 'red' irritation, but it wont get rid of pimples. Depending on the extent of acne; you're best bet is just a cool shower and wash with salicylic acid which you will also wash off very well - to going to a dermo to get prescription accutane.
