    Vitamins and when to take them?

    5'9
    170lbs
    7.8% body fat ( increased a bit since ive been builking)
    no steroids going natural..

    Taking a bulker because its super hard to gain weight for me.

    Goal: To get bigger and leaner.

    Vit C
    Biotin
    B6
    B1

    Anything else I should take?

    Just started the vitamin thing.
    I am not a big veggie/fruit person.
    Mostly eat chicken, eggs, pasta, ground turkey, wheat bread, almonds

    All organic

    obvious answer is a multi vitamin

    is a multi vitamin that great? when do you take all of these.. when i wake or after a workout?

    my fav is ON Opti-Men..its pretty cheap and great..its taken 3 x a day with a meal
