I am wondering what days I should do hang cleans and dead lifts
My routine:
Day 1: Chest & Triceps
Day 2: Back: pull ups, chin ups, seated rows (close grip & wide grip)
Day 3: Abs & jogging
Day 4: Jogging
Day 5: Arms & shoulders - bicep curls, forearm curls, upright rows (deltoids), upright flys (deltoids)
Day 6: Abs & Jogging
Day 7: Legs & jogging
Trying to get a good legs routine, I also want to go jogging the same day I do my legs.
My questions:
What day do I do hang cleans and what day should I do dead lifts?
Maybe hang cleans on my arms/shoulders day?
And dead lifts on my back day?
