    10% body fat would like to get 7% rip my diet apart!!

    Stats: 24y/o - 6'0" - 225lbs - 10% bf would like to get to 7% with this diet below- Training on/off 5-8 years just finished pct got 12ish to next cycle

    so basically my daily diet looks something like this. can anyone give me any pointers?

    8.00
    30g Protein powder (24g), 5 Whole eggs, 4 wholemeal bread

    10.00
    60g Protein powder(50g), Cashew nuts

    12.00
    Chicken salade :- 250g Chicken, Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, low fat mayo

    2.30 60g Protein powder (50g) 1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil/Extra virgin olive oil

    6.00 chicken orFish, mixed vegetables and 80g Brown Rice (60g Carbs content)

    TRAIN..

    Protein powder (35g) with 70g Dextrose ( fast acting carb)

    10.30 1 can tuna and few Cashew nuts

    350 protein 250 carb 100 fat around cal 2400 ish under eat 500-800 per day

    cadio 40 mins every other morning on empty stomach

    First pointer would be to recalculate how many calories you are taking in. What you listed equates to 3300 calories not 2400(ish) hence you are more than likely in a calorie surplus as opposed to 500-800 under.
