6.00 chicken orFish, mixed vegetables and 80g Brown Rice (60g Carbs content)
TRAIN..
Protein powder (35g) with 70g Dextrose ( fast acting carb)
10.30 1 can tuna and few Cashew nuts
350 protein 250 carb 100 fat around cal 2400 ish under eat 500-800 per day
cadio 40 mins every other morning on empty stomach
