A weight loss challenge
Sometimes a bit of healthy compitition is needed to motivate us towards our goals!
We are entering fall and the dreaded Hell-idays.
The average person gains min 1lb each year and does not lose it after the holidays are over.
• don’t join if you won’t commit daily
• don’t join if you’re not seeking to drop lbs.
• don’t join if you feel like whining about the days challenge
• don’t join if you’re not open to new exercises or stretches
• don’t join if you have no sense of humor and take sh*t personally
No whiney excusses, No BS, No coddling, No flaking out
Starting Oct 2011 ending last day in Dec 2011
Goal: to drop lbs. before New Year’s
A daily challenge will also be posted with pix and instruction.
If you want in:
- Say hi and what you are looking to drop each month
- Post a pix of your scale numbers (with you on it) don’t be shy, we don’t care how much you weigh
- Log in daily to do the days challenge ~ say you did it, and how many you powered through
- Be ready to weigh self and post with pix of the scales reading the first of OCT/NOV/DEC/JAN
- Person to drop most total lbs by Jan 1st wins
Winner gets nothing but a trimmer bod and admiration
