One side alot weaker than other...

broke my shoulder in april 2nd.... got back in the gym sept 1st.

thats 5 months to heal but still is not right. i still feel some pain and discomfort.

i want to know if i should use the same wieghts on each side and push it as much as i can? or use machines? or use a lighter poundage in my weak side?

i feel like my good side is not getting a maximum workout.

    Help.

do a lot of resistance tubing to help strengthen the muscles around your shoulder. but definitely dont use different weights on either side, you'll create some really bad imbalances which can lead to more injuries. just go for lower weight/higher rep until you build some muscle back up before switching to heavier weights. your weaker side will catch up sooner than you think
