Hey y'all, I got Tommy John surgery on my left elbow on janurary 5 of this year. The rehab process sucks, 8 months later and am still only throwing at 90 feet. I want to gain as much strength as possible so I can 1. Rehab my elbow to full potential and then 2. Gain as much velocity as possible. What sort of cycle would be most beneficial for something like that?
