thought i would put up my cutting diet for critique so i can have it down before i start slicin the fat next week. right now im standing at 5'8'' and 190 pounds, and 18% bodyfat from bulkingi wanna lose some pounds around my abs and iliac regions. hopefully i can drop around 8-10 lbs.
Meal 1 (6 am):
6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal mixed with 60 grams protein shake
Meal 2 (9am):
grilled chicken breast (6-8 oz), green veggies (celery, carrotts, peas)
Meal 3 (noon):
grilled chicken breast (6-8 oz), 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt,
Workout
Meal 4 (3 pm):
PWO Nutrition (60 grams protein) with banana
Meal 5 (6pm):
turkey breast (6 oz), brown rice (1/2 cup)
Meal 6 (8 pm):
lowfat yogurt (1/2 cup) , veggies, chicken breast 3oz (optional)
