Hi, I am a college student living, finishing up school and would like to get in shape before graduation. I'm 6ft, 190lbs, not sure of my body fat %, but I am looking to cut fat and build a little muscle. I am an ex gymnast (out of the sport for 4 years now) and now most of my work outs are just cardio (about 4 times a week.) I am not looking to be a body builder, just cut, so if you have any pointers let me know. The weight just doesn't seem to come off as easy when your not working out 30 hours a week....
