It has been a long time since I was a member of another anabolic forum. Here are my status:

body fat: I don't know but I am obese for sure
have done two cycles, one in 2005 and one in 2006.
I have been away from the gym for a long time due to changes in my life style, work, extreme study, new baby, etc.
I would love to go back to the gym and get back muscles that I had before and lose fat.
I think I would be in perfect shape if I do down to 200lbs while exercising.
I am not sure whether I want to cycle again or not. I think I should first go back to the gym and get on a cutting diet for few month.
Does anyone has an idea for a diet that helps me return old muscles and lose a lot of fat in the next few months?
Remember that I had muscles before, I am not interested in gaining new muscles, just getting back what I had before. I know my body. I will get back muscles quickly if I returned to the gym.
