Thumbs up just pinning shoulders eod too much ???

i normally pin glutes & shoulders eod to give the bodypart a rest but find it 10times easyer to pin my shoulder so was wondering if i could just stick to pinning my shoulders eod and miss out the glutes, is that to oftne to inject into my shoudler as there not big muscles ??
    cheers

your fine, as long as you are using both sides of course

    You will probably be fine.
I would suggest still rotating, though.
Easy spots are triceps, quads, and if you want to try (I like it, others don't) would be biceps or pecs.

From my own personal experience, doing shoulders too often led to scar tissue build up in my delts.

That's fine. Rotate front right, front left, middle/rear right, middle/rear left, and repeat.

There r so many other sites to chose from that I find it just plain silly to do this. I thought I would never like pinning spots like my pecs or calves but as it turns out they r some of my favorites! My suggestion to you is to try other sites, you might surprise yourself with regards to how easy some r & how much u might like hitting those spots.

I use a .75"-1" needle, used to be 23g but I found 25g works fine. I pull my arm across my body and rest it on my lap so my pec is thicker, but relaxed, and I pin right in the center. About 1" above the nipple, and then bring it an inch over (towards sternum). I only inject 1-2cc. It's painless, but afterwards I notice that it feels like there is a weight on my chest.

^Couldn't agree more. Quads and calves are just too easy to pin to not to put them in the rotation.

this has happened to me with the scar tissue buildup so it eventualy makes it hard for the body to absorb the compound so i found the compound would move down my delt into my tricept or bicept and cause some disscomfort...its just so much easyer to hit other spots like the quads, glutes, chest ect...
