Some what new here. Glad there are so many people with so much great knowledge here. I have hours of reading material already.
6'1" 175 lbs but Im a paraplegic so not much weight on the bottom half. lol
I play lots of basketball and do track events and I'm wanting to get into boldy building. BF is very low (not sure of the percentage) but I have a good diet according to the posts I have read. Looking for advice and guidance for my 2nd cycle. Last year was test sust and deca200.
